16008: for FWJ channel (30/40-series) requires Pentax OF-B113 irrigation tube

Pentax OF-B153: AWS cylinder adapter can substitute for the CU # 17000; OF-B135 caps off Suction Selector Cyl (2-chan scopes)
Pentax Plugs: for P-series GI scope = OF-B85 for AWS valve cylinders

A/W = Combined Air & Water channel inlet port which receives Pentax water bottle assembly
Suction = tapered metal suction connector that accepts tube from suction unit; Biopsy = biopsy port/instrument channel inlet
FWJ = Forward Water Jet channel inlet port; AW S Valve Cyl = Air/Water and Suction valve cylinders that house the A/W & S valves
S/Bx Selector = Suction Selector mechanism housed in S Selector cylinderlocated below below Bx ports of 2 -chan scopes
